2) Digital Products & Service Scope

  • All products are digital top-up for games/applications (no physical shipping).
  • Delivery is performed electronically to the game account details submitted by the customer.
  • Product names/brands are owned by their respective publishers. SNE Shop is not affiliated unless stated.

3) Order Fulfillment & Delivery Time

  • Typical fulfillment: 1–5 minutes after successful payment.
  • In rare cases, delays/failures may occur due to:
    • Invalid User ID / server / region
    • System maintenance or network disruption
    • Temporary out-of-stock digital supply
    • Third-party/publisher limitations
  • Customer responsibility: ensure all account details are correct before paying.

4) Pricing, Payments & Verification

  • Prices shown on the website are final at checkout unless stated otherwise.
  • We may request additional verification for risk control (e.g., suspected fraud, unusual payment patterns).
  • If verification is not provided or fails, we may cancel the transaction and refund according to Refund Policy.

5) Intermediary Platform Role

  • SNE Shop operates as an intermediary to facilitate digital top-up fulfillment through available channels/partners.
  • We do not own, develop, or control third-party game systems.
  • We will provide best effort support and resolution where possible, subject to third-party constraints.

6) User Account Security

  • Users are solely responsible for the security of their game accounts (passwords, device security, recovery emails, etc.).
  • No compensation is provided for loss caused by hacked/compromised accounts.

7) Prohibited Activities

  • Fraudulent payments, chargeback abuse, identity misuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards are strictly prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts, cancel orders, and report suspicious activities where required by law.

8) Changes to Terms

  • We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the latest version.
  • Policies are publicly accessible on our website footer under Policy.

3) Masa Proses & Sebab Kelewatan

  • Kebiasaannya siap dalam 1–5 minit selepas bayaran berjaya.
  • Kelewatan/kegagalan mungkin berlaku kerana ID/server/region salah, maintenance, stok digital sementara habis, atau isu pihak ketiga.
  • Pelanggan wajib pastikan butiran akaun tepat sebelum bayar.

4) Pembayaran & Pengesahan

  • Kami boleh minta pengesahan tambahan untuk keselamatan (contoh: transaksi berisiko/luar biasa).
  • Jika pengesahan gagal, transaksi boleh dibatalkan dan refund dibuat ikut Dasar Refund.

5) Peranan Perantara

  • SNE Shop bertindak sebagai platform perantara untuk memudahkan pemenuhan topup.
  • Kami tidak mengawal sistem penerbit permainan.

6) Keselamatan Akaun

  • Keselamatan akaun permainan adalah tanggungjawab penuh pengguna.
  • Tiada pampasan untuk kerugian akibat akaun digodam/dikompromi.

7) Aktiviti Dilarang

  • Penipuan, penyalahgunaan chargeback, dan cubaan memintas sistem adalah dilarang.
  • Kami berhak menggantung akaun dan melapor aktiviti mencurigakan mengikut undang-undang.
