This policy describes how SNE Shop helps prevent money laundering and terrorism financing risks.
We may take actions required for risk control and legal compliance.
1) Compliance Commitment
- SNE Shop (operated by BERKAT SNES RESOURCES) supports compliance with Malaysia’s anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing obligations.
- We implement controls to detect suspicious or fraudulent activities involving payments, identity misuse, or abnormal transaction behavior.
2) Monitoring & Risk Controls
- We may monitor transactions for:
- Unusual purchase frequency or amount
- Multiple payment attempts or mismatched payer details
- Suspected stolen cards / unauthorized payments
- Chargeback or dispute abuse patterns
- We may apply automated checks and manual reviews.
3) Verification Requests
- In rare cases, we may request verification to protect users and the platform, such as:
- Proof of payment ownership (e.g., payer name match)
- Additional identity confirmation
- If verification is not provided or fails, we may suspend processing, cancel the order, and refund according to Refund Policy.
4) Enforcement Actions
- We reserve the right to:
- Flag, suspend, or restrict accounts
- Cancel orders under risk review
- Block suspicious payment sources
- Fraud, chargeback abuse, or attempts to bypass safeguards may result in permanent suspension.
5) Reporting & Cooperation
- Where required by law or legitimate risk concerns, we may cooperate with relevant authorities or payment partners.
- We will only disclose data as necessary and in line with our Privacy Policy.

1) Komitmen Pematuhan
- SNE Shop (dikendalikan oleh Berkat SNES Resources) mengambil langkah kawalan untuk mengurangkan risiko pengubahan wang haram dan pembiayaan keganasan.
- Kami melaksanakan pemantauan bagi mengesan transaksi mencurigakan, penipuan, dan penyalahgunaan pembayaran.
2) Pemantauan & Kawalan Risiko
- Kami boleh memantau corak transaksi seperti jumlah luar biasa, cubaan pembayaran berulang, maklumat pembayar tidak sepadan, atau penyalahgunaan chargeback.
- Semakan automatik dan semakan manual boleh dilakukan.
3) Permintaan Pengesahan
- Dalam kes tertentu, kami boleh meminta pengesahan tambahan (contoh: bukti pemilikan pembayaran atau pengesahan identiti).
- Jika gagal, pesanan boleh dibatalkan dan refund dibuat mengikut Dasar Refund.
4) Tindakan Penguatkuasaan
- Kami berhak menandakan transaksi, menggantung akaun, menyekat sumber pembayaran berisiko, atau membatalkan pesanan.
5) Kerjasama & Pelaporan
- Kami boleh bekerjasama dengan pihak berkuasa/rakan pembayaran jika diperlukan oleh undang-undang.
- Perkongsian maklumat adalah terhad dan selaras dengan Dasar Privasi.
